I am working as a practice manager for IHCC since April 2015. I enjoy working at IHCC and starting to know the community very well. I take an interest in the community, identify and respond to the needs of the community and act positively in the interest of the department and the community.
I am committed to departmental vision, mission and core values. I communicate and cascade central and departmental vision, mission and core values, analyse the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in both short-term and long-term perspectives focus on the customers.
Focus efforts and direct resources to meet customer needs and expectations, seek opportunities to plan and improve services to the customers, develop and maintain relationships with both external and internal customers.
